Recent Updates From Jennifer L
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I work with clients who want change in some aspect of their life, including managing their emotions. An area of expertise is supporting individuals affected by chronic pain or chronic illness. We explore how, in the face of problems, one can define and live a full life. I also support clients facing destabilizing life events (pregnancy/infertility, career, relationship change, traumatic event or stress) that can cause anxiety, panic, or depression. Finally, I work to provide space for honest, nonjudgemental and open exploration about alcohol, drugs or other behaviors that are often taboo.

I strive to set a warm, inclusive, affirming and curious tone. Sessions focus on identifying what truly matters and use creative techniques to move in that direction. Working together includes noticing types of thoughts and emotions that may weigh you down and building up practical skills to stay more focused, present, kind and accepting of yourself.
I hope you’ll contact me for a free 15 minute initial consultation. I meet with clients both in person or online. I have experience and work with teens, adults, parents, persons from other cultures and LGBTQIA+ communities. I look forward to talking to you, answering your questions, and seeing how I can be helpful.
