“The best way out is always through." -Robert Frost This quote exemplifies my philosophy toward counseling, emotional healing and personal growth. When we are struggling with emotional issues, relationship distress or transitions in our lives we often need to work through these to gain insight, relief, emotional growth and healing. My approach to treating individuals is informed by my training in ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, Schema Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology. My approach to treating couples is informed by my training in PACT II, Gottman Method I, EFT and EFFT.
