Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024

I am passionate about working with individuals and couples. My areas of focus include relational and intimacy difficulties, the LGBTQ community, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, and client-centeredness. I believe that within a safe and supportive environment, healing and personal growth can thrive.
I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field and have worked in various settings, including adult foster care, urgent care, community mental health, and outpatient therapy. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UW-River Falls, and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
