Recent Updates From Sarah Schelble
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

Stories have power. They can shape the way we see the world, how we interact with others, and how we see and treat ourselves, and these can have a great impact on our physical and mental well-being. As an Art Therapist and Counselor, it is my goal to listen and be present for your stories and work with you to unpack their meaning. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and teens, but have worked with individuals across the life span, including those with diverse physical and neuro backgrounds. Regardless of who I am working with, I strive to be strengths-based, trauma-informed, and resilience-focused.

As an art therapist and fiber arts instructor, I can offer a variety of creative outlets that can encourage self-expression, empowerment, and relaxation. Through fiber and textile arts, we can cut away unnecessary pieces, weave together new ideas, and learn new patterns for helping you feel like your best self. All skill levels are welcome.
Remember, stories can be re-written, and I will support you as you challenge the ones that have been holding you back, and nurture the ones that will help you grow. I will personally respond to all emails within 24 - 48 hours, and I offer a 15-minute free consultation to anyone who is interested.
