Kendal Hurd is a dedicated therapist with over four years of experience in mental health treatment. Prior to her current roles as a therapist, Kendal worked in youth shelters, as a case manager for at-risk adolescents and their families, and as a victim advocate for those impacted by violent crimes.

Kendal is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapeutic technique using eye movement to help reduce the intensity of traumatic memories. Outside of work, she maintains her mental wellness by spending time with family, hiking, traveling, reading, baking, and volunteering with a dog rescue.
