From a young age, I navigated a highly sexualized world, marked by traumatic experiences that profoundly impacted my life. Five individuals, entrusted with my trust, left scars that ran deep. I understand the complexities of sexual addiction, trauma, and the pursuit of an elusive perfection. My struggle with sexual addiction and a relentless drive for perfection led me down a treacherous path.
But it was at rock bottom that I found the strength to ascend. I realized that the road to self-redemption lay in giving back to others. Today, I am proud to continue my journey at Courageous Steps, where I bring my expertise in sexual addiction therapy, trauma recovery, and mental health counseling to the vibrant community of Columbia, SC.
