I believe that everyone is capable of improving their life circumstances with guided work, and that all should be free from suffering. I evaluate and treat life satisfaction and interpersonal problems, as well as diagnosable mental illnesses. I offer individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. I am empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental with appropriate professional boundaries, and use a variety of perspectives and techniques to help clients meet their goals.
