As a therapist, I utilize an integrative, eclectic approach based on each client’s needs. I have experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused techniques, humanistic approaches, and some somatic approaches.
