I enjoy helping people work through challenges and heal issues that are stopping them from feeling peace. I have a strong sense of respect for each of my clients and believe they are experts in their own lives. Each individual will have their own unique solution as each has their own unique situation. I work to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for my clients and can offer tools that help them better understand and process issues they are dealing with.

I offer individual, group, and couples counseling, specializing in betrayal and sex/love addictions. I am a CSAT, CPTT, CCPS, CMAT, and IAT and work with both sex/love addicts and betrayed partners. I have experience running groups for individuals struggling with problematic sexual or romantic behaviors and betrayed partners, as well as couples workshops.
I grew up in Massachusetts and have also lived in New York, Washington, Idaho, Rhode Island, and now Texas. My husband and I moved to DFW in 2005. We have been married since 1997 and have six children, five girls and a boy.
