Recent Updates From Laura B
Last updated | Monday March 24, 2025

I believe that professional counseling gives us the opportunity to maximize our life's potential. What can this mean for you? Seeking counseling could mean working on relationship struggles that result in a happier marriage or partnership. Counseling could mean learning more about depression and then finding ways to manage it and feel better. Counseling could also mean facing a painful past and starting the process of compassionate healing. Whatever your reason, seeking counseling means that you are ready to take care of yourself and improve the quality of your life. I can't think of a better 'personal investment.'
I have been working with individuals, couples and families since 1996. I am proud to have a culturally diverse clientele. Some of my areas of interest and training include: general mental health concerns (depression, anxiety); couples and partnership concerns, substance abuse/recovery and more.
I work with all clients in a manner that is personal, respectful and results-oriented. Whether you are entering therapy for the first time or restarting the therapeutic process, we can work together and make positive changes.
