Lauren Rothstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and her Master of Social work from Adelphi University. Her passion for helping people in a more holistic approach motivated her to earn her Certification of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Lauren has more than 28 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in both private practice and several leading treatment centers.
She was a Primary Therapist and later a co-owner of the prestigious dual diagnosis treatment center, Lifeskills of South Florida; formerly named Lifeskills of Boca. It was there she developed various treatment programs and the Eating Wellness track to focus on all aspects of emotional eating issues. Lauren also facilitated Trauma and Emotional Eating groups in other local South Florida treatment centers. As a result, her patients come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of different life circumstances. She specializes in working those who suffer with self-esteem issues, emotional eating issues, anxiety, depression, drug abuse/addiction and early recovery support, LGTBQIA+ issues, stress management, and grief and mourning support.
