I became a therapist because I myself was once helped by therapy and personally know the freedom and clarity that can be gained from it! People tell me that I have a clam and curious personality :) I believe therapy allows us to take a step away from the outside world, to reflect, to heal, and to organize. It's a true investment in yourself!

I feel strongly about being able to help people move towards the life that they want to live. In therapy we work through everything that stands in the way of that vision and those desires!

I think it is important in therapy to feel truly validated. I also make sure that my clients leave their sessions with several takeaways. You always have something to reflect on for the coming week or something new to try. I am committed to my clients making the progress that they want!
