Incorporating Christian values and beliefs is a specialty of mine in techniques I use, but this is NEVER to increase a client's fear, guilt, or shame! That isn't God's nature! With a down-to-earth and honest approach to therapy, I hope to encourage my clients through struggles of fear, worry, inner doubt, life transitions, or conflict.

Unfortunately, as of August 2023, our practice no longer accepts any insurance and is a flat rate of $100 per session. I know the first step is tough, but encouragement, hope, and strength are possible in any situation! Give therapy a chance. :)
