With a unique training in contemplative practice, I engage clients with a radical fierce compassion, interventions that challenge the status quo, intuitive insights, and psychospiritual education.

I specialize in treating complex trauma and its correlatives (CPTSD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, etc). Drawing from the lens of the Polyvagal Theory, I provide clients with an education regarding central nervous system regulation (aka what is going on in your body!), and somatic interventions designed to bring a sense of calm and safety.
It can be extremely difficult to revisit past traumas, reconnect with lost parts of yourself, and find fulfillment in daily life. I fully believe that harnessing your internal wisdom will pave your path toward healing. It's your internal wisdom that led you here!
