What does "balance" and "safety" look like, feel like, and mean to you? I aim to provide a safe, healing space for clients, ensuring I take into account what "safe" and "balance" means to each individual in this current time and how that aligns with current needs, life events, and experiences. I predominantly work with the adolescent & young adult populations, addressing anxiety, relationship with food and body, personality traits/disorders, relationships, and life transitions. I am also passionate about exploring diet culture and the role of wellness culture in our lives.
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to provide you with individualized sessions to account for differences in learning styles, interests, life experiences, goals, and current needs. I'm also a trained DBT therapist, offering individual DBT skills coaching sessions and parent skills coaching sessions to supplement ongoing, therapeutic work.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where feedback works both ways! Please email me to schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation to see if it's a therapeutic fit, and/or if you have questions about the therapeutic process itself.
