Lighthouse Counseling of Fredericksburg, PLC is a group practice committed to working with those who are suffering, marginalized, and feeling like no one understands. Lighthouse Counseling specializes in providing quality treatment to gay/lesbian/transgender/gender diverse persons, those whose substance use is causing problems, and those with emotion regulation problems including coping with Borderline Personality Disorder. We provide individual and group therapy to people ages 12 and older.
