Recent Updates From Jamielee Smith
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

In my practice, I see the normal, everyday person who needs help managing their emotions and behaviors. We make mistakes and life can be confusing. I’m here to help with that. I am a warm, caring, compassionate professional with a special interest in working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. I am dedicated to helping individuals find their strengths, accept their flaws, and motivate themselves to make positive changes in their lives. I help people make goals, motivate themselves to change, and find ways to implement strategies to make those adjustments in their lives.
Using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach, I guide people into understanding their thoughts and behaviors, as well as the thoughts and behaviors of others. Next we identify which ones are unhealthy, and form plans to make changes in that person’s life. I know it sounds easy. It’s not. But I’m here to help.
I am very passionate about the field of Mental Health. It does not have to be daunting or scary. I understand it can be. Therapy can empower you. It can help you feel better about yourself, your decisions, and the world around you. Fell free to contact me to set up an appointment so we could share this journey of creating a better You.
