Currently, we are running a coping skills group held on a weekly basis. This group focuses on preventative, restorative, and management of negative stress through improved coping skill development and support. Some of the skills focused on in this group are derived from Yoga wellness principles, DBT, CBT, ACT, and occupational science education.
