Recent Updates From Madison Blyer
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

Whether you are overwhelmed by life, feeling stuck, or hoping to optimize well-being, I am so excited that you are taking the step to heal. I believe that there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy, and look forward to beginning this unique, challenging, and beautiful journey with you. My background as a collegiate athlete gives me specific interest in working with athletes, though I work with individuals of all walks of life. Many clients I see have experienced anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, all of which can feel daunting. I admire your courage in seeking support. We are not intended to "go it alone."
My approach to counseling is relational and person-centered (you are not the problem... the problem is the problem!). Together, we will explore your experience with compassion and non-judgement, identify your values and goals, increase self-awareness, and grow in and toward connection. You are worthy of a life that is "workable" and aligned with your values.
If you are unsure about counseling, I also offer coaching– a “proactive” approach to mental health focused on self-reflection, education and accountability. Coaching sessions can be in-person and combined with physical exercise. If you are interested in either of these options, please feel free to email or call. I would love to support you however I can.
