Recent Updates From Maggie Futch
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I have been working in the mental health field for over ten years. During this time I have had experience with a variety of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit disorders, and bipolar disorder. I have experience working with individuals of all ages. While I mostly work with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, it is also extremely important to me that I take the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I am a professional member of the American Counseling Association and the International OCD Foundation.
I have experience and extensive training in the treatment of OCD, and other anxiety disorders, using Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I also have training in the administration of psychoeduational testing, diagnosis, and treatment (including providing academic accommodations) of ADHD and Specific Learning Disabilities.
I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step in asking for help. It is my belief that everyone can benefit from counseling, no matter their situation. I work with clients on setting and achieving the goals that they feel would benefit their life. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming therapeutic environment for clients.
