I do my best work with INFJs, empaths, and other highly sensitive Gen-Zers and Millenials who are looking to invite more clarity, calm, joy, and ease into their lives. My clients are often wanting to sort through deep questions and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Our work together helps them look inside and make sense of what feels like a tangled mess of emotions.
I take an insight-oriented, relational approach to psychotherapy, exploring trauma and emotions through an IFS lens. During our session we address current suffering and discomfort, but more importantly what might be underneath it. Other tools in my toolkit include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration work.
It might seem scary to look inside because sometimes it feels overwhelming, intimidating, and shameful to face our inner worlds. My hope is that being a support while we navigate those layers will make that journey of introspection and self-discovery a little easier and more gratifying.
