Mary Beth received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts from Liberty University, Lynchberg, VA. She has worked in the field of eating disorders with both adults and adolescents in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient to the outpatient levels of care for over 6 years. Throughout her tenure she has held a variety of positions ranging from Intake, Utilization Review, to a primary therapist in the field of eating disorders.
She has also lectured in local high schools and universities bringing awareness to eating disorders. Her intuitive, compassionate approach, and ability to build a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, has allowed her to work with some of the most amazing, gifted, and talented people.
She is passionate about art and incorporates it in both her individual and group work. She is level one trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) with trauma, relationships, attachment and body image focus.
