Overall, I strongly believe that psychotherapy, when combined with a healing relationship with a therapist, can facilitate lasting change.
I provide convenient teletherapy for people living in Connecticut struggling with a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, eating/weight concerns, and relationship difficulties. I have received extensive training through Yale School of Medicine. I help clients by combining concrete strategies with deepening insight into behavioral patterns.
