Change can be easier said than done. My practice centers around empowering women, LGBTQIA, and racial minorities to put dreams of change into action. I specialize in helping adults address mental health concerns, achieve behavioral goals, navigate life transitions, and cope with disability/chronic illness. I am a second generation Indian American and enI am client-centered, meaning you make your goals and together we decide how you will achieve them. I utilize talk therapy, mindfulness, art/creative outlets, and other strategies that work for you.
I believe that social justice is critical to improving an individual's mental health, as well as the community's. I am dedicated to promoting racial equality and creating safe spaces for those who identify as LGBTQIA. I have in-depth knowledge of living with disabilities and I also am a Certified Clinical Trauma Counselor. I provide EMDR therapy as well.
