Life can present many unexpected challenges, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. These challenges impact our emotional wellbeing and our relationships. As your therapist, I will offer you the opportunity to reflect upon your life in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. My area of expertise is Whole Mind-Body Psychotherapy which focuses on the interplay between physical health (body) and mental health (mind). We will identify how your life experiences are stored in your brain-body and influence your emotions, thinking, and behaviors. You will develop new pathways to promote a sense of well-being and inner strength.
My practice is Whole Mind-Body Psychotherapy. I have practiced in Vermont since 1993. I have in-depth training in the following models: Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Poly-Vagal Informed Therapy, Heart Math Focused Trauma Therapy, Yoga therapy, Nutrition Science, Trauma Treatment/Telehealth, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
Many people ask me why change is not happening in their lives. If this is you, then you will probably benefit from Mind-Body therapy that addresses how overwhelming emotions, habituated thinking and behavior patterns are stored in your brain-body. I can help you learn how to create new neural pathways in your brain-body to create lasting change in your life.
