I have trained with Dr. Brené Brown and have become a certified facilitator of her work. Additionally, as a yoga teacher, I have developed expertise in both trauma-informed yoga and grief-yoga. I have been a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for 13 years, and am owner of Love Warrior Healing. I also offer numerous workshops and events.
I work collaboratively and interpersonally to build a strong, therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I believe the connection between therapist and client is the foundation of the work we can do in counseling. From this trusting, caring, and respectful place, we can focus on your goals for change and work toward the life you want to live.
