I know from personal experience what it feels like to have anxiety, depression, grief, fear, and/or trauma rule your life. To feel like nothing will ever get better and that there is no hope. But fortunately, I came through to the other side of this and am constantly studying the latest strategies and techniques to help you live your most inspired and peaceful life. Working in partnership, we will look at what's working and what's not to uncover the things that can help you make the most rapid and long-lasting changes to your body, mind, and relationships.
I will teach you how to understand your body and mind using education and body-based practices. You'll learn why you feel the way you do and how simple practices can free you from the grip of anxiety, stress, panic, PTSD, and/or depression. Additionally, I'm trained as a Connected Parenting therapist/coach and Safe and Sound Protocol facilitator.
If you’re unsure if you're ready to make significant changes in your life, know that that is completely normal and expected. You've likely spent many years of your life getting to this place and it's going to take some time to re-learn healthy patterns and how to make different choices.
