Maybe you’re here because you’re a parent and your adolescent is struggling? They agreed to try therapy and you’re eager to find the right fit. Maybe you’re here because your anxiety or OCD is getting in the way of your ability to do the things you used to enjoy doing. Maybe you’re here because change is hard, uncertainty is scary, and you’re trying your best to manage the unpredictability of life. Or maybe you're here because you want to understand who you are, and what's important to you. Whatever brings you here, I hope we can work together to identify your values, take steps toward your goals, and forge a path forward.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, young adults, adults, and families. My professional background includes outpatient and community mental health, school-based social work and crisis intervention, and higher levels of care including IOP and PHP programs.
I have advanced training and specialize in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Complex Anxiety, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, interactive, direct, and values-driven. I look forward to connecting with you.
