Recent Updates From Melanie Middleton
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
All clients come with a unique set of goals and ideas of what they want to get from therapy. All clients are ideal because they are unique. They have the goals, the wants, the issues to be resolved and the drive to do that. The clients want to have a sense of power and peace in their lives, they need a little help to get there.
I believe that everyone can reach an optimum state of health. I employ an eclectic (or including all kinds of therapy types) approach with cognitive-behavioral aspects. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, PCIT therapy, Infant/Toddler Mental Health, mindfulness techniques, and possess a certificate in Substance Abuse Treatment. Trauma can be resolved.
Calm, caring and compassion, is what I offer to you. Through telehealth, I am able to provide you with a safe space to discuss and work on the things that are keeping you from where you would like to be in life.
