Recent Updates From Sheryl L.
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I offer a warm space of non-judgment, collaboration, and acceptance to all my clients. My therapy services incorporate research supported treatment approaches to help you improve communication within relationships, develop healthier thinking patterns, build behavioral and emotional management tools, and better manage the stress and demands of social life, academics, work, and family. We will work together to better understand and challenge unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behavior patterns.
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate college life and beyond. My credentials through PsyPact will allow me to continue to work with clients when they head off to college in most states across the country. I also enjoy working with adults hoping to build skills to navigate work and life stressors.
I have a passion for education, animal welfare & teaching. I led the ASPCA's Humane Education department, spoke at conferences on service learning and humane education, was interviewed for USA Today & Child Magazine, and appeared on Good Day New York & The Today Show. I teach in two post-baccalaureate programs centered on human-animal interaction.
