Navesink Psychological Services (NPS) was founded by Matthew G. Strobel, Psy.D., a certified school psychologist and licensed psychologist. We offer a range of services including individual and family therapy, evaluations, sport psychology (including Esports), and special education consultation/advocacy.

NPS treats clients from toddlers to adults for a variety of issues including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, executive functioning deficits, PTSD, school refusal, Tourette syndrome, and acting out behaviors. We conduct evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and other disorders as well as special education advocacy.
As a child study team member in the public school setting, Dr. Strobel has acquired a thorough understanding of the Special Education Code and can assist families in navigating the process and securing appropriate services for their children. NPS believes in a collaborative approach between schools, families, and other providers.
