Recent Updates From Nisha Ranshi
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

I offer 1:1 skills coaching for neurodiverse adults, teens, and kids. I also offer parent coaching and general consultations; all my sessions incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which helps separate thoughts from sense of self through a behavioral lens. I am also currently a CBS student (Certified Behavioral Sexologist) under Nicholas Maio Aether and can offer sessions via telehealth/in person for concerns around socio-sexual behaviors and supports. Skills can include learning how to flirt, self advocacy skills, and recognizing safe/unsafe situations.
Sessions can consist of assessment of skills that would like to be worked on, and then 1:1 sessions using ABA/ACT methodology on gaining those skills and supports. Skills can include consent, dating, and socio-emotional skills. Sessions can also be held with parent, caregiver, or staff to focus on supportive environmental arrangements.
My ABA practice is neurodiversity affirming and guided, strengths based, and person-centered/focused. I am passionate about disability advocacy and accessibility for all, and this is intertwined with my practice. I hope to foster meaningful relationships with those I work with that is based on trust and growth.
