Jess Holly received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the U of M. Jess previously worked for a children’s community mental health agency in Minneapolis and surrounding areas where she provided in-home therapeutic support to children and their families facing serious and persistent mental and behavioral health challenges. Jess also has experience treating adults with anxiety and depression.
Jess utilizes evidence-based therapeutic techniques and uses a collaborative process for working with children, families, and adults to define and achieve their goals for wellbeing. Jess has extensive experience treating children with complex trauma and working with families facing challenges post-adoption.
We work with individuals of all ages. Life-interfering anxiety and related problems can arise across the lifespan. In designing treatment programs, we use developmentally appropriate methods to facilitate learning and behavior change.
