The therapeutic process is a powerful tool for growth and change. Diagnosis as "dia" and "gnosis", is to know across. Once recognized, the obstacles we experience can be compassionately cared for by developing awareness and coping skills to alleviate suffering. I'm happy to support you in exploring changes that achieve a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment in your life.

I practice from a liberatory, multi-cultural lens and acknowledge healing as relational work. I am trained in EMDR, IFS and psychedelic integration and am a Certified Body Trust provider. My practice welcomes BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, and sex positive people within scope of inclusion.
I help people embody their lives as they cope with things interfere with well being ie) oppression, depression, anxiety, life adjustments in areas of aging, spiritual/crisis, grief/bereavement due to death and/or chronic illness for individuals and caregivers; including other helping professionals who experience secondary trauma and compassion fatigue.
