Recent Updates From Rachel Copeland
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024

I am not accepting new clients at this time. We all face difficult experiences that can seem unmanageable. You may be struggling with anxiety or depression or with old or new trauma. Perhaps your closest relationships have become a source of stress instead of a source of comfort. Maybe you are experiencing grief and loss. Going through these experiences results in a decline in your general well-being and happiness. My approach offers an in-depth understanding of your struggles to make long lasting changes in your life and relationships.
I have over 20 years of professional counseling experience. I am trained in EMDR, which is used to treat trauma. For couples struggling with conflict, disconnection, or infidelity, I use Emotionally Focused and Gottman Method interventions. Psychodynamic and attachment theories inform the bulk of my therapeutic work.
We all go through difficult times in our lives and it can be helpful to talk with a trained professional when you feel stuck. I'd love to hear more about your needs and see if I am a good fit for you. To schedule an appointment with me, please email or call.
