Recent Updates From Jennifer DeVan
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile. I believe it takes strength and courage to decide to begin therapy. I believe there comes a time in most people's lives when it can be helpful to have a non-biased, supportive person to guide them through life changes or difficulties they may be experiencing. Therapy is a collaborative relationship between the client and the therapist. In order for therapy to be successful, a person has to be ready and want to make changes. It is also essential to feel understood and accepted by your therapist. If you feel that you might benefit from a caring, experienced therapist, please call.
I specialize in working with individual adults. I can address issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, depression, ADHD, PTSD, family dynamics, relationship issues, abuse, and life transitions.
I believe that everyone comes into therapy with their own unique skills and strengths. My approach is both collaborative and supportive. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques in my practice such as Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Strengths and Solutions Focused and Psychodynamic.
