Recent Updates From Sarah Harris
Last updated | Thursday March 27, 2025

As a therapist at Restoring Light Counseling, my goal is to listen intently and without judgment. My hope is that I can walk alongside you and help facilitate your process of self-discovery and self-acceptance. My passion is to work with adults who are facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, spiritual abuse and trauma.
I approach counseling from a person-centered perspective. My role involves support, guidance, and structure so that you can discover a personalized solution within yourself. I also incorporate EMDR into my practice, which enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
I see counseling as a team effort in which we will work together towards your goals. As the client, I trust that you are the expert on your own experiences. I am happy to provide a phone consultation or answer questions via email to help you determine if I am the best fit for you.
