Recent Updates From Rhonda Althoff
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. My 18 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, and families within the juvenile justice system and in community-based programs, has shown me the impact others can have on those who are facing challenges and unhealthy behaviors. It also has shown the support needed for those individuals providing care and safety to our communities. Being aware of both needs I will be seeing children ages 10-12, teenagers, adults, first responders, correctional officers, and probation officers.
My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship and create an environment where a client feels heard and safe. I use an integrative approach to support a client where they are in their journey of self-exploration and believe that all individuals can overcome challenges and make healthy choices to achieve their best life.
The first step is the most difficult and takes courage, once you take that step we can navigate through the tough “stuff” together.
