Dr. Charwin has over 20 years of experience and a unique therapeutic orientation. He has been recognized by the American Psychotherapy Association as a Board Certified Professional Counselor. He has received comprehensive post-doctoral training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
Therapy sessions are unique and designed to meet the goals of each individual. sessions focus on issues/concerns that occur which have not been effective and you wish you could change. Clients who take part in therapy are partners down a path toward more effective thinking, actions, and behaviors.
