Often my clients come to therapy feeling at a loss- whether it’s a child or teen who is desperately trying to get their needs met but continuously feels unheard, parents who are having a hard time tolerating the various challenges that come along with raising a child or adolescent and finds themselves in constant conflict with their young one, or parents and caregivers who are finding it hard to balance what it means to be both a parent and partner. I offer individual therapy for children/teens, as well as family therapy for children, teens and parents. I am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children ages 2-7 yrs with behavioral challenges, and trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children 3-18 yrs. I am currently working on certification in TF-CBT.
