Recent Updates From Sara Creary
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Welcome! Do you feel your child would benefit from a space to process their feelings and learn new skills? Are you in need of an empathetic and understanding ear to help you understand your family more fully? Are you in need of a space for yourself to navigate the messiness of life and engage in self exploration? I aim to provide a space where you, your child, or your family can feel and be human without judgement. I aim to work collaboratively and creatively to work through the barriers that exist with traditional therapeutic approaches. "As no one else can know how we perceive, we are the best experts on ourselves.” - Carl Rogers
I use a humanistic and integrative approach to therapy. I utilize expressive and creative modalities like play and art in addition to more traditional modalities based on your needs, comfort, and developmental needs. I aim to foster a strength based relationship and collaborative environment to support healing, healthy perceptions, and authentic expression.
I believe everyone is capable and deserving of increasing their capacity to safely navigate their needs and wants. I would be honored to provide the structure, non-threatening space, and un-biased approach that can support this process for you. If any of the above sounds like something that resonates with you, your family, or your child, please reach out.
