I use a combination of trauma therapy techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), parts language (Internal Family Systems-informed) and somatic techniques in this work. I take a holistic approach, which means I draw from multiple theories and models, some of which are client-centered, and feminist.
