Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I offer compassionate and practical psychotherapy for mental health and substance use challenges, with a focus on teens and young adults. I believe all people are capable of forging a healthy path in life, one which includes self-awareness and acceptance, strong connections with others, and progress towards their own growth and positive goals. As your therapist, I would offer you both support and strategies for developing resilience as you move through this stage of your life's journey.
I have over 25 years of experience with young people: as a teacher, crisis counselor, outpatient therapist and school social worker specializing in substance use and addiction. I have helped people to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, grief, school related stress, family dynamics and relationship issues.
I respectfully meet you where you are and help you to find constructive solutions, drawing from an array of proven therapeutic approaches. You can reach out by phone or email for an initial discussion of your needs and how I might be of help.
