Recent Updates From Spilove Psychotherapy
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

I have been providing therapy for children and families for several years after graduating from Bryn Mawr College of Social Work and Social Research. I am trauma informed and specialize in child development, attachment, mindful parenting, sensory integration, behavioral challenges, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, OCD and grief and loss.
I utilize Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, art, movement and Mindfulness-Based-Play-Family Therapy. Although I work primarily with children ages 2 to 12 and their families, I also work with teenagers and adults. I am proficient in American Sign Language.
Let’s work together to develop tools that you and your child can practice in session and at home. The combination of “talk time“ and “play time” activates the right and left brain to work through deep challenges and to heal trauma.
