Thank you for taking the time to read my personal statement. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relatability and comfort one has with their therapist. I believe and am passionate about creating a relationship that is non judgmental and genuine to provide a space that has the ultimate opportunity for growth. My hope is that those that work with me will find their truest, bravest selves and in that, find peace and happiness even when pain is inevitable.
I have a specialty in trauma and substance use disorders. I have trainings in DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, mindfulness based stress reduction, Trauma Resiliency Model and Community resiliency model, along with Internal Family systems. I love working with people individually, with their partner, family or in a group.
I most enjoy seeing people become who they were meant to be. I enjoy encouraging people and guiding in new perspectives. I am passionate about wellness and believe that Everyone can be well.
