Recent Updates From Susan K
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024

I am a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and communities to create positive change. In my clinical practice, I work with adolescents, adults and families to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, and divorce adjustment. I also offer support during life cycle transitions, like college, new jobs, or caring for an elderly parent. Much of my coaching work is oriented around enhancing authentic, courageous leadership that builds cultures in which engaged people thrive. As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I offer workshops based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and strengths-focused approach in my work. Each client is different, and I meet people where they are, while also bringing many years of training and experience that inform my approach to our collaboration. The diversity of my practice keeps my skills strong and my engagement high.
Outside of my clinical role, I have also served in leadership positions in advocacy organizations and on boards devoted to children's rights, social justice and community well-being. I am passionate about identifying and facilitating changes that will help families and communities thrive.
