Recent Updates From Tamara Madler
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
I am a clinical therapist and addiction counselor with over two decades of experience, striving to make a difference using passion, knowledge, and warmth. Life isn’t meant to walk through alone; humanness is a life condition. "Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary." The choices made today affect tomorrow; reach out. We all deserve to be seen as our authentic selves, heard and understood, respected, and empowered to reach our deepest desires and capacity. I embrace education, skills training, and a deep-level change process guided by evidence-based practices.

My experience includes inpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, outpatient, and nursing home settings. I have provided individual, family, and group therapy and have been a consultant to the correctional system, emergency rooms, and hospitals as a crisis response staff. I am versed in supporting people with various needs and functioning.
The therapy relationship is the cornerstone that success is built on. Wellness is measured in many ways and I focus on the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. As an open-minded, Christian and Midwest native I value hard work, practicality, and hold a responsibility to others, and the community. I love animals, the outdoors, and creative outlets.
