Walk Talk Therapy is just like it sounds-we are outdoors walking side by side during therapy instead of sitting inside an office. Walk Talk Therapy is a more relaxed environment than the counseling office. Walking while sharing your struggles and life situations can also be meditative. Research has consistently shown that exercise can significantly impact anxiety and stress while improving overall mood. I work with teens, adults, couples and families. If you're feeling stuck and disconnected from others, you have trouble sitting still or you want a new perspective, I welcome your email or phone call.
