Recent Updates From Jacqueline Gonzalez
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

My name is Jacqueline, and I am passionate about helping individuals and families facing unique life challenges. I have many years of experience working in the mental health field. My approach in therapy is an interactive, non-judgmental, safe place to help meet your goals. I use psychoeducation, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and other evidence-based modalities. I assist you in gaining self-awareness and tailor treatment plans around your needs. I believe together; we can create a plan for positive lasting change. I strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment that will allow you to express your authentic self.
All human behavior has a purpose and is an attempt to meet a need. It isn't until we discover what that need is and find a "healthier" or more "productive" way of meeting that need that the behavior no longer is necessary. I would be honored to walk along the side of you as you begin your personal transformation journey. - Jacqueline
“Practicing self-love means learning how to trust ourselves to treat ourselves with respect and be kind and affectionate to ourselves.”- Brené Brown.
