I have extensive training in Focus Marital Therapy (FMT) and have spent hundreds of hours of intensive therapy with distressed couples at Focus on the Family's Hope Restored Intensives.
It is an honor and privilege to come alongside another in their unique life journey. I offer both short term intensive therapy and traditional weekly counseling. While my approach is generally emotion focused with a family systems orientation, I offer an integrative therapy approach toward healing, health, and wholeness.
